WHERE'S MY PARCEL
Useless as a local sorting office - the last two redeliveries I booked weren't even attempted. Why? Because someone at Gilstead screwed up and didn't give it to the postman. Tired of going around in circles trying to get deliveries when I've a) been left a card while I've been in; b) Given instructions to deliver to a neighbour (a shop next door that is open from 7am-10pm and is happy to accept my parcels if I'm not in); c) being given inaccurate or false information by staff at Gilstead over the phone regarding the location/status of my delivery.
