Slimming Come along to Slimming World
Im Yvonne & I run the local groups in Gildersome Gomersal & Birstall. Please feel free to come along to any of my groups and sit through one before deciding to join. We never discuss your actual weight, we share food ideas and ways to make changes to our eating habits.I will greet you and go through all our information first, then you can sit through a 'group' then it will be me who weighs you & I will ask you what your target will be (this is your decision).I'm a lifelong member myself I started when I was 18 yrs old when I was getting married so I've been with Slimming World over 20 years and been a consultant for 11 years.
