It seems like anyone can set themselves up as a DJ nowadays - a few records, a pair of speakers, and that's it, right?
There is an awful lot more to it than that - we've all been to weddings, birthdays and the like, and heard a bad DJ ply his dubious trade! I've certainly seen a few myself - a wedding, for instance, with a group of older relatives hiding in a corner, grimacing as some pimply adolescent announces the next bangin' choon - and, slowly but surely, everyone starts to make their excuses and leave.
