After recently taking back a tin of paint which was the wrong colour, the staff member made a big fuss over a few scratches on the tin. he accused me of using the paint, which i hadn't. He then called another member of staff who tried to squeeze paoint out of the lid. they eventually give me my money back and because it was a B&Q colour i had no choice but to buy from them. I used the store on Euroway and lo and behold the tin i bought was scratched will never used that store again
