    I placed an order for some 661 knee pads in October 2008, they weren't in stock until January 2009. I cancelled the order and recieved an email telling me i would be refunded. Feb 2009 and i receive an email telling me the order has been dispatched. Unable to cancel as i was out the country at the time they parts were dispatched, i never received the items although they were signed for by someone at my place of work. I told them they were cancelled but they have never issued me with a refund and have now stopped answering my emails.
