Agreed sale, sold to someone else!
We agreed a sale for a caravan, offered deposit to secure which he declined, arranged insurance, fitted tow bar to new car, sorted storage, done all the cris checks, told our 3 young childen who were so excited and arranged to collect on a Saturday. He rang thursday and said don't bother i've sold it someone else. Our kids were gutted. You expect this from a private seller but not a business! Avoid!!
