• Grosvenor Kitchens Still waiting for completion !

  The kitchen fitter still has a key to the main door, allowing him access to my property at anytime. He also left a whole in the outside wall, and left my kitchen incomplete. I have rung at least once every week since July only to hear that “someone will be with you sometime this week”, it is now 2nd October and I am still waiting. In September I came home to discover that my cupboard had collapsed; my washing machine had fallen forward pushing my units out of place, when I rang them I was told, “it is only sat on packing”. Days later I still hear nothing. Having 2 small children I find it very hard to cope without a washing machine. I would not recommend this company to anyone, their shoddy workmanship and lack of loyalty to their clients is unacceptable. Grosvenor guaranteed me I was paying for the best quality kitchen available and in my opinion the “best quality” kitchen should not fall apart within a few months. Grosvenor have turned my dreams into an ongoing NIGHTMARE. <P></P> <P>
